Satish Pareek brings with him more than 22 years of extensive experience in the fields of Accounting, Finance and Taxation. Mr. Satish has held managerial positions at an MNC prior to joining our company, he is also the Managing Director of Prudent Financial Services, Inc. an affiliate of Sagarsoft.
Satish has a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Honors) from the renowned St. Xavier’s College of Calcutta. He further pursued professional qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA.
